HD25 SDS Drill is a compact, hydraulically powered drilling tool designed for subsea and topside drilling in concrete, natural stone and masonry. Widely used by commercial divers, the HD25 delivers reliable performance for marine construction and maintenance, both inshore and offshore.

With the hammer mechanism engaged, the drill is ideal for concrete, rock, coral and masonry. When the hammer function is disengaged, the tool can also be used for drilling metal and wood, making it a versatile solution for mixed-material work scopes. The HD25 offers a maximum drilling capacity of 25 mm, providing controlled, accurate drilling in demanding environments.

Two versions of the drill are available, with the HD25-PRV model being the preferred option. This version includes a built-in pressure relief valve, allowing the drill to be connected to most hydraulic power units without the need to adjust system pressure. This makes it the tool of choice for tough underwater drilling tasks where simplicity and reliability are critical.

The Spitznas HD25-PRV is ATEX approved for use in hazardous environments and has been successfully deployed for both underwater and out-of-water applications, including work in lakes, rivers, reservoirs and swimming pools. The drill is supplied with hose whips and flat-face quick-connect couplings and is delivered in a metal storage case, with an optional heavy-duty plastic transport case available.
