BR45 Underwater Breaker

BR45 Underwater Breaker is a compact, hydraulically powered tool designed for light to medium duty breaking tasks in underwater and marine environments. Ideal for commercial diving operations, the BR45 is commonly used for breaking concrete, rock and coral, as well as for light rod driving and tamping applications.

Featuring a T-handle design with a large trigger, the breaker provides precise control during operation. A diaphragm accumulator delivers additional blow energy, improving efficiency and performance during prolonged use. The Stanley BR45 is engineered to tolerate high back pressure up to 250 psi, making it particularly well suited to marine work where long hydraulic hose runs are typical.

The tool’s feathering on/off valve allows the diver to control impact energy smoothly across the full operating range, from zero up to 1,800 blows per minute, enabling controlled start-up, accurate tool placement and reduced fatigue.
