Synergy SY-HPU-E-BR Hydraulic Power Pack is a powerful, offshore-rated electric hydraulic power unit engineered to support underwater hydraulic tools in demanding marine and subsea environments. Designed and manufactured by Synergy, this unit delivers reliable hydraulic performance within a robust offshore stainless steel frame, making it suitable for commercial diving, offshore construction and subsea maintenance operations.
Built with a heavy-duty steel construction and housed within an offshore-grade frame, the SY-HPU-E-BR is capable of running one underwater hydraulic tool at a time, delivering consistent flow and pressure across both 50 Hz and 60 Hz operating conditions. The system features a large 300-litre oil reservoir, vane-type pump, stainless steel tubing and hydraulic hoses, ensuring durability, cooling efficiency and long service life.
Safety and handling are prioritised through the inclusion of an emergency stop, certified lifting points, angled pad eyes and forklift pockets. Each unit is supplied fully tested, certified and class-approved, including Bureau Veritas lifting test certification.
