Our Hydrostatic Test System is specifically designed for testing diving and high-pressure cylinders. This system features a test panel, test jacket, and essential components, providing accurate results for cylinder integrity testing. The system works by hydrostatically pressurizing the cylinder inside a water-filled jacket. Volumetric displacement from cylinder expansion is measured on a mounted burette, and permanent expansion is calculated to determine pass/fail status.

Constructed from durable mild steel with a powder coat finish, the jacket includes a coned lid to eliminate trapped air and ensure test accuracy. The system is compliant with BS EN1802, BS EN1968, and BS EN ISO18119 standards when paired with the optional HY-PAC (Hydrostatic Pressure Automatic Cut-Off) for over-pressure control.
