The Cylinder Vice Pro (CV1000) is a heavy-duty, bench-mounted V-style clamp specifically engineered for safely securing pressure cylinders during valve removal, valve refitting/torqueing, stamping, boot removal and general workshop maintenance. Designed for professional diving, SCBA and cylinder servicing facilities, this vice delivers exceptional grip while protecting the cylinder from damage.

Four high-quality rubber contact pads cushion the cylinder surface, ensuring full protection for freshly painted cylinders, composite cylinders, and aluminium or steel bottles. The vice uses a large, smooth-running lead screw paired with an ever-last phosphor bronze bush, delivering a strong but controlled clamping force without surface marking.

Built from powder-coated mild steel with removable stainless steel backing plates, the CV1000 is durable, stable and designed for long-term workshop use.

With the included standard spacer, the vice supports cylinders from 0.4 L to 15 L, while the optional mini spacer allows secure clamping of very small cylinders such as suit inflation bottles.
