The 3 Diver Offshore Portable Air Panel IMCA D040 is a compact, rugged and fully compliant mixed-gas control system designed for offshore air diving operations. Housed in a heavy-duty Pelican case, this portable panel combines complete diver air management with integrated communications, making it ideal for rapid mobilisation on vessels, barges, civils platforms and remote field operations.
Each diver is supplied with three independent breathing lines, with dual high-pressure feeds (HP1 & HP2) and a common low-pressure line. Crossover valves allow seamless switching of air sources between Diver 1, Diver 2 and Diver 3, ensuring uninterrupted supply and operational redundancy.
The panel features 0–165 FSW / 0–50 MSW pneumo gauges, HP/LP regulators per diver, and clear, easy-to-read instrumentation. A built-in Amron three-diver radio provides reliable, high-clarity communications for offshore operations.
For maintenance efficiency, front-panel test points are fitted to allow calibration of pneumo gauges without removing the panel from the case. The layout is engineered for both functionality and durability, meeting stringent IMCA requirements for offshore diving.
